MANCHESTER, NH – Electric Avenue Tattoo, located at 24 Bridge St., will hold a flash tattoo event on August 31.
This event coincides with the 23rd Annual Cruising Downtown car show. The shop will showcase exclusive tattoo designs created for this occasion. Doors open at noon and remain open until midnight.
