WICHITA, Kan.— The Emerald City Tattoo Expo is set to take place at the Century II Expo Hall from October 25 to 27.
Tickets for the event are already on sale. The expo will feature live tattooing sessions, hair and piercing services, and various activities suitable for all ages.
