Paul Hayden opened Spectrum Tattoo in 1994. After several relocations around Courthouse Square in Sidney, the shop found its permanent home on E. Poplar Street in July 2022.
According to Hayden, all employees at Spectrum Tattoo have strong art backgrounds. This ensures they create high-quality tattoos at fair prices. Clients can either schedule an appointment in person or walk in for service.

Spectrum Tattoo’s hours are as follows:

- Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday: Noon to 8 p.m.
- Friday and Saturday: Noon to 10 p.m.
- Closed on Monday and Wednesday
Clients must bring a valid ID if they are 18 years or older. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent with a valid ID.
