The inaugural Fargo Tattoo Expo took place at the Ramada by Wyndham hotel over the weekend. Tattoo enthusiasts had the chance to get inked by artists from across the nation, including some who gained fame on the TV series “Ink Master.”
Adding to the excitement, the event featured performances by the renowned “sideshow couple,” Captain and Maybelle, known for their sword swallowing acts, which garnered attention on season 6 of America’s Got Talent.
Captain Steele highlighted the synergy between sideshow entertainment and the tattoo community, describing them as the modern-day carnival that brings fun and excitement wherever they go.
Reflecting on the success of the event, organizers expressed their satisfaction with the turnout and hinted at plans to return next year.
