Jelly Roll and Hey Dude are back with another collaborative creation, launching their limited-edition “tattoo”-detailed shoe today on HeyDude.com. The new design, the Hey Dude Jelly Roll Wally, is already selling out quickly, so sneaker enthusiasts are encouraged to act fast.
Following the success of their first partnership—a shoe that sold out in less than one minute—the new Wally model is described as “even more intricate” by Hey Dude. The brand highlights how this latest shoe design seamlessly blends storytelling with “ink,” past with present, and heart with soul. The black suede ‘tattoo’ detailing on the shoe represents Jelly Roll’s authenticity, individuality, and loyalty, while offering the trademark comfort that Hey Dude is known for.
For fans of Jelly Roll, the design is a nod to his signature style, with several personal tattoos featured on the shoe. Among the designs etched into the black suede upper are the name of his son, “Noah,” and a skull wearing a crown, reminiscent of his Beautifully Broken album cover. The Wally shoe is priced at $84.99 and features marble printing along the ultralight midsole, with co-branding on the insole. Additionally, the shoe boasts an easy-on lacing system, enhancing both style and convenience.
This new release builds on the success of the first shoe launched in October 2023—a Wally Slip Canvas inspired by Jelly Roll’s Beautifully Broken album cover, showcasing a skull with a crown. That shoe also sold out quickly and marked the beginning of a long-term global partnership between the singer/rapper and the footwear brand.
In other Hey Dude news, actress and producer Sydney Sweeney is another high-profile celebrity ambassador for the brand, which is owned by Crocs Inc. Sweeney recently spoke to WWD ahead of the launch of the brand’s Austin Lift campaign. The Austin Lift, a platform slip-on shoe, has become one of Sweeney’s favorites. “It’s light, comfortable, and gives me a little boost. I always like a bit of a platform, and anything that makes me feel confident is a win,” Sweeney shared.
With both Jelly Roll and Sydney Sweeney representing Hey Dude, the brand continues to make waves in the footwear industry, combining comfort, style, and celebrity appeal.
