Over 50,000 tickets for the 2025 Royal International Air Tattoo (RIAT) have already been sold, ahead of any aircraft announcements. Event organisers plan to reveal the attending aircraft lineup starting next month, with weekly updates posted on their social media every Thursday.
This year’s event, themed ‘Eyes in the Skies,’ will focus on aircraft used for intelligence, surveillance, maritime patrol, and other specialized missions. The showcase will feature a wide range of aircraft, including rare surveillance models, fast jets, display teams, and helicopters.
The event, held at RAF Fairford, attracts aviation enthusiasts from around the world. Last year, 168,000 attendees enjoyed nearly 20 hours of flying displays across three days, representing 30 nations.
Tickets are available for all three days—July 18, 19, and 20—with free entry for under-18s. RIAT aims to inspire the next generation of aerospace professionals through its charity, the Royal Air Force Charitable Trust.
In addition to the thrilling air displays, visitors can explore the Techno Zone®, where both kids and adults can engage with cutting-edge aviation technology.
“We want to inspire young people to reach their potential in aviation and space,” said Peter Reoch, Head of Air Operations. “We encourage curious minds to join us this summer at RAF Fairford.”
