A new tattoo studio is set to replace the Pause Community Hub in Worthing, as local tattoo artist Daniel Pease and his wife Emma prepare to move their business into the property on Tarring Road. The Pause Community Hub, which has been a popular gathering spot for local residents offering affordable support services and social spaces, will relocate to a new location following the approval of the plans by Worthing Borough Council.
Daniel Pease, who has been working as a tattoo artist in Worthing town center for the past ten years, shared that the decision to open his own tattoo studio feels like the right next step in his career. “I’ve built a loyal clientele and I’m currently booked for the next three months,” Pease said. “Now feels like the perfect time to take this next step and create a space where I can not only continue my work but also collaborate with other local businesses.”
The couple’s vision for the studio goes beyond just tattooing. They aim to create a dynamic environment where local businesses can work together and support each other. “We want the studio to be a hub for learning and creativity,” said Pease. “We plan to collaborate with a different local business every month to promote and support one another, creating a sense of community through our work.”
Pease hopes that their new venture at 123 Tarring Road will provide something fresh and exciting for Worthing, a place where people from all walks of life can come together. “We want the studio to be accessible to everyone and provide opportunities for people to get involved,” he added.
While the change marks the end of the Pause Community Hub’s time at Tarring Road, the Peases are optimistic that their tattoo studio will bring a new energy to the area and support the local creative community.
