Ezra Sosa, a professional dancer from Dancing With the Stars, shared his new tattoo with Anna Delvey in a lighthearted TikTok video, and while Delvey approved of the ink, she didn’t hold back in offering her own suggestions.
In the TikTok, posted on November 24, Sosa, 24, revealed the tattoo he had inked on his shoulder, inviting Delvey, 33, to react. As she admired the design, Delvey immediately commented on the size of the tattoo, asking, “Why is it so small?” She joked, “You want to answer? You couldn’t afford anything bigger?”
Sosa, clearly amused, burst into laughter, falling to the floor in response. But Delvey wasn’t done yet. She casually suggested that the tattoo could have been more dramatic: “You should have put it on your forehead,” she said with a grin. When Sosa asked, “Is it approved?” Delvey gave her seal of approval, responding with a confident “Yes.”
This playful exchange comes after Sosa and Delvey’s elimination from Dancing With the Stars in Week 2 of the show’s current season. Their time on the show was marked by humorous and candid moments, including one in which Delvey was asked by cohost Julianne Hough what she had learned from her DWTS experience. Delvey’s blunt response, “Nothing,” led to laughter from both Sosa and the cohosts.
Sosa later honored the moment with a tattoo featuring the word “nothing” written in script, along with the number “33,” referencing his debut season on the show. In a TikTok from October, Sosa shared the tattoo with fans, using the moment as a backdrop to lip-sync to Delvey’s infamous line: “There you have it, absolutely nothing.” In the playful caption, Sosa jokingly wrote, “I’m such an idiot,” and Delvey responded with a simple, “Exactly,” in the comment section.
Despite their early exit from the show, Sosa and Delvey have kept their bond strong. They even reconnected during Sabrina Carpenter’s Short n’ Sweet tour in Los Angeles, where Sosa FaceTimed Delvey while the song “Espresso” played — the same track they danced to during the DWTS season premiere.
Delvey’s casting on DWTS was met with controversy due to her criminal history. In 2018, she was arrested and later convicted on multiple charges, including grand larceny and theft of services. After serving two years in prison, Delvey was released on house arrest in 2022. Despite the backlash, her time on DWTS has continued to attract attention, much of it fueled by her unfiltered personality and candid remarks, like the one that sparked Sosa’s tattoo.
